CAST SWIM TEAM TRYOUTS: NOW OPEN
We are now accepting tryouts for Intro to CAST. This is our swim team prep program designed for those swimmers and families interested in our competitive year-round swim.

Tryout Dates:
- Oct. 5 (8:00-9:30am) click HERE to sign up for Oct 5

Tryout Assessments:
- Swimmers must complete a 50 freestyle with good side breathing + 25 backstroke
- Preferred but not required: working knowledge of butterfly and breaststroke. Swimmers will be asked to swim a 25 of butterfly and breaststroke; however, these are not required to join Intro to CAST at this time
- Recommendations to join the Intro to CAST swim team prep program will be communicated to families after all the tryouts are completed.
Intro to CAST:
- 6-weeks; 3x/week for 60 minutes
- Designed as a transition from swim lessons and to prepare new swimmers for competitive team practices
- Focused on stroke drills, kick sets, and swim sets designed to teach and improve current swim skills and build endurance
Session 1: November 11—December 20
Session 2: January 6—February 13
Session 3: Feb 18—March 27
Pricing for Intro to CAST:
$300 for 6-weeks (Kroc members)
$330 for 6-weeks (non-Kroc members, includes 6-week pass for swimmer only)
$330 for 6-weeks (non-Kroc members, includes 6-week pass for swimmer only)
- Price includes a CAST silicone swim cap. Swimmers must purchase their own kick board and long floating fins which are needed at all practices.
- USA Swimming seasonal athlete member registration fee of $51 is also required
- Readiness to join the CAST's competitive year-round team will be communicated by the end of the program
