2025 INTRO TO CAST

Designed as a transition from swim lessons and to prepare new swimmers for competitive team practices. Focused on stroke drills, kick sets, and swim sets designed to teach and improve current swim skills and build endurance. Introduces the practice and coaching expectations and level of team commitment needed to be on CAST (Readiness to join the CAST's competitive year-round team will be evaluated)

  • Session 1: $300
  • Location: Kroc Center, CDA- Competition Pool
  • Six Weeks: September 15 - October 29
  • Practice Days: Mondays and Wednesday
  • Practice Times: MORNING SESSION 6:50-8:00AM
  • CAST Silicone swim cap included
  • Long floating fins and kickboard needed for practice

 

All CAST Swimmers must also be members of USA Swimming and KROC:

  • USA Swimming Seasonal Membership- link at registration
  • KROC Membership (2 weeks free trial plus 20% discounts off the monthly fee are offered for CAST swimmers) 

MUST have current Evaluation-- sign up for tryout, if needed.
